This is an optional module for students in the Digital Animation stream.

The course aims to highlight the opportunities brought about by the convergence of different media that result from the advances made by the new information and communication technologies.  It focuses on the key industry trends, particularly on applications in the field of audiovisual communication. Students will learn about the theory and practice of this form of communication, as well as the evolution taking place in its technical components and in the production techniques used for the creation of animated works.  On the practical side, the students will enrich their video editing and compositing skills acquired in the second year module through the mastery of the Avid and Nuke software applications.
